With over 15 years of dedicated experience, Jason is a highly respected and top-rated family law litigator. Specializing in divorce, spousal support, child custody, complex equitable distribution, post-divorce enforcement, and modifications, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to every case.

Jason is also very proud of his training and membership with the Association of Family and Conciliatory Courts (AFCC). This expertise allows him to provide invaluable counseling and guidance to parents struggling to co-parent with difficult individuals and domestic situations, including relationships involving domestic violence, coercive control, or other imbalances of power.

His early career included a judicial externship for the Honorable M. Hannah Lauck and significant contributions to the University of Richmond Family Law Clinic, where he demonstrated a steadfast commitment to serving low-income families. Jason is deeply committed to advancing the legal profession.
